More than 300 people are working in the 3 companies. A professional staff of 13 persons -Board of Directors and Operations Committee- are responsible for the management of the whole MOEHS group.
In order to maximize the quality of the human capital, we focus on developing the skills and the leadership abilities of our people. Based on the strategic targets of MOEHS and the specific areas of labour activity, internal and external training programs are implemented, mainly on Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as well as Security and Environment.
