>> AEM will inspect our plant of Moehs Catalana,S.L.
The Spanish Agency of the Medicine has announced his near visit to our Moehs Catalana's plant in Rubi to inspect our facilities of manufacture and laboratories and to verify the efficiency and the good follow-up of our company in the application of the procedure GMP.
This inspection is carried out in conformity with arranged in the article 43 of the Royal decree 824/2010, of June 25, by which there are regulated the pharmaceutical laboratories, the manufacturers of active beginning of pharmaceutical use and the exterior trade of medicines and medicines in investigation.
>>Moehs expand into biotechnology field.
We are pleased to inform you that on June 2011, Moehs S.L. has bought 50% of the company Proteos Biotech S.L.
PROTEOS is a company that has knowledge and is active in the field of biotechnology. This knowledge translates into the use of various technological platforms for the production of products, mainly proteins, which are useful in the fields of cosmetics and human health, among others.
We expect this acquisition will diversify our products offering and ensure our presence in the field of biotechnology in order to meet the growing needs of our customers in this innovative area.
