The second manufacturing unit of Moehs’ Group is located at Polanco, a little town in the north coast of Spain, near Santader.
The total area is 51.500 m², of which 8.000 is occupied by building 1, the synthesis and finishing unit. Next to it, there is a space of 4.000 m² booked for future enlargements with another similar building.
The waste treatment plant takes up 6.500 m², covering all present and near future needs. Administrative, Laboratories and Warehouses complete this installation surrounded by 17.000 m² of green space.
