The second manufacturing unit of MOEHS' group is located at Polanco, a little town in the north coast of Spain, near Santander.
The total area is 51.500 m², of which 4.000 is occupied by building 1, the synthesis and finishing unit. Next to it, there is an space of 8.000 m² booked for future enlargements with two similar buildings.
The waste treatment plant takes up 6.500 m², covering all present and near future needs. Administrative, Laboratories and Warehouses complete this installation, surrounded by 17.000 m² of green space.
